Although this doesn't solve the problem for gpg 2.0.  I think we could
use '--batch' with '--passphrase' or 'passphrase-fd' for this, although
neither of these works as a callback.

Or is it better just to skip?  We would need to be able to specify
multiple version ranges to do that properly.
