Subject: 24.5; Document auto-save-* user options in Emacs manual
Date: Mon, 9 May 2016 22:13:29 -0700 (PDT)
Why are these options described in detail only in the Elisp manual?

At the very least, there should be a cross-reference from the Emacs
manual, node `Auto Save Control' to (elisp) `Auto-Saving'.

In GNU Emacs 24.5.1 (i686-pc-mingw32)
 of 2015-04-11 on LEG570
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 6.1.7601
Configured using:
 `configure --prefix=/c/usr --host=i686-pc-mingw32'
