The arguments of url-retrieve-synchronously is:

(url-retrieve-synchronously URL &optional SILENT INHIBIT-COOKIES)

however, SILENT and INHIBIT-COOKIES is not documented in the docstring.


And in info node (info "(url) Retrieving URLs"), the optional arguments
are not mentioned in the function prototype:
