MacOSX$ Open -n -a /Applications/Emacs.app --args -Q /tmp/full.js

crashes immediately under MacOS 10.11 (15A284) El Capitan.

MacOSX$ /Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs -nw /tmp/full.js

displays the file, which is full of wacky unicode characters.

P.S. The full.js file and crash stack trace are enclosed in a tar xz file.

Please try the latest pretest of Emacs 25.1.

The backtrace indicates that the crash happened deep inside OS X
display code, so I think some OS X expert will have to look at this, if
the latest pretest doesn't fix it.

I don't see a crash opening the file with Emacs 25, and it's been five
weeks since you asked for more information, so I'll close this bug. If
anyone is still able to reproduce the crash, let us know and we'll
reopen.
