Subject: segfault lol
Date: Mon, 4 Apr 2016 10:26:43 -0500
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Background:

While converting Makefile's in my old C projects to CMakeLists.txt (cmake)
files, I discovered a segfault.

Summary:

When I leave a cmake buffer and try to open another file, Emacs immediately
segfaults.

Configuration:

https://github.com/mcandre/dotfiles/blob/2169c287e80220517f94e173b16a4d4aa6ab32bc/.emacs

Example project:

https://github.com/mcandre/boehmtest/tree/433bfc7c8ffa050ded0d726762533f09013da188

Example CMakeLists.txt:

https://github.com/mcandre/mcandre/blob/50562b27b4ad213dcec9cc3401d63a82ce1186f5/c/args/CMakeLists.txt

Steps to reproduce:

1. `emacs .`
2. Use shell-mode.
3. `cp ../CMakeLists.txt .`
4. Use dired.
5. Open CMakeLists.txt.
6. s/hello/boehmtest/g
7. Split CMakeLists.txt window into a left and right window.
8. Jump to right window.
9. Use dired.
10. Attempt to open the old, preexisting Makefile.

Trace:

Fatal error 11: Segmentation fault

These OS X style abbreviated backtraces don't provide any usable
information for debugging. Please reopen this if you can follow the
Emacs etc/DEBUG instructions and get a proper gdb backtrace from an
unoptimized build.
