When executing this:
 emacs -Q -nw \
   -eval '(x-popup-menu t `("Menu" ("Pane" ("Item1" . 1) ("Item2" . 1))))'

Emacs doesn't display a menu as it should but instead prints this error
message:
   Wrong type argument: integerp, :stopbits

Thanks, I fixed this on the emacs-25 branch.
