Sed online manual does not reflect latest version

Hi,

I was just going through the online documentation 
<https://www.gnu.org/software/sed/manual/sed.html> for sed and I noticed 
that it describes the version 4.2.1 and not 4.2.2.
It does not include info about the -z option. Also adding a link to 
download the PDF in this page <https://www.gnu.org/software/sed/manual/> 
would be a good addition<https://www.gnu.org/software/sed/manual/>.

sed-4.3 has been recently released,
and the online manual has been improved and updated accordingly:
https://www.gnu.org/software/sed/manual/

It also includes a link to an updated PDF version.
