Hi Pals,

The commit 86e45139698fe773ffb4efbe59387f90201b80c8<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/commit/?h=emacs-25&id=86e45139698fe773ffb4efbe59387f90201b80c8> have a compile error on Cygwin,
The resetstkoflw was declared with “#ifndef CYGWIN” in src/w32fns.c<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/diff/src/w32fns.c?h=emacs-25&id=86e45139698fe773ffb4efbe59387f90201b80c8>, reset in line  9938 without same condition.
