This was from emacs -Q, and it is reproducible.  I did this:

1. M-x describe-categories
2. C-x 0 ; to remove the other, *scratch*, window.
3. M-> ; to go to eob.
4. M-v ; to go up one screenful.
5. M-v ; to go up another screenful.

Step 5 gave me the standard crash dialog box.
