Please mention what LIBRARY is - what forms it can take.  At least
mention that it is a string, not a symbol.

Looks like this has been fixed.

There's a number of fixed bug reports that haven't been closed -- a
couple I can remember fixing and closing myself.  These all seem to come
from the same time period -- last December and January.  Perhaps there
was a debbugs outage a few days back them?  I dimly recall something
like that...

Anyway, closing.

Yes, I had already moved it to a local DONE folder.
