Full log
Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
In the last month, 'python-statsmodels' has failed its test suite 5
times in the same place:
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
statsmodels.regression.tests.test_lme.TestMixedLM.test_r(False, False, 8) ... ok
statsmodels.regression.tests.test_lme.TestMixedLM.test_r(False, True, 8) ... ok
statsmodels.regression.tests.test_lme.TestMixedLM.test_r(True, False, 8) ... ok
statsmodels.regression.tests.test_lme.TestMixedLM.test_r(True, True, 8) ... ok
statsmodels.regression.tests.test_lme.TestMixedLM.test_r(False, False, 3) ... phase `check' failed after 603.2 seconds
builder for `/gnu/store/4b6pmjpjk6qpaq925q8qwwg5s65mw9x3-python-statsmodels-0.6.1.drv' failed with exit code 1
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
The failure is always during the "TestMixedLM.test_r(False, False, 3)"
test, and the failed log is always the same, with no newline printed
after the ellipses before the "phase `check' failed" message.
After restarting, the same builds later succeed.
Mark
