Suggestion: In section 'Customizing Key Bindings'.Keymaps add a hint
how to get a view on the global keymap.
Possibly just note 'C-h b' or link to a respective section.
Some people consider this as an improvement of the documentation. See
discussion on help.emacs newsgroup "Global keymap not found" a few days
ago.
