[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
dear emacs team,

after executing "ediff-revision" on a file with many indentation changes, i tried to reduce the number of presented diffs by pressing

  '##' which maps to 'ediff-toggle-skip-similar'

but the number of diffs stayed unchanged. even pressing

  '!' which maps to 'ediff-update-diffs'

afterwards doesn't improve the situation.

thank you in advance for your kind help.

frank roell

ps. emacs did not crash.

I don't use ediff, but from reading that (undocumented) command, it only
changes the "next" and "previous" commands. Ie, it doesn't change how
things are _displayed_, only navigation. Hence "skip" rather than
"hide", I guess.
