Thanks for the report.  However, your message did not include a good
subject line, so it did not make it through the list filters, even
though it did spawn a bug at
http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=20313.  Furthermore, you
have not demonstrated a problem with coreutils (make.exe is not part of
coreutils, but it is not even obvious that your problem is with make, so
much as a failure of some other tool that make tried to execute).  I'm
going to close this in the coreutils database, although we can always
reopen it if you provide more relevant information.

In the meantime, I suggest that you read a document for advice on how to
better get help from a mailing list:
