The colors are dictated by the HTML payload itself, and Emacs on a TTY
tries to find the closest available color to each one of those
specified by HTML.  It's a hard problem to solve, for an arbitrary set
of colors that were supposed to be displayed on a terminal with at
least 256 colors.  (I'm guessing yours has only 8.)
