I have a disk with what seems a corrupt GPT partition table.

When using parted in a stock installation of Debian 7; I get the folowing
dump;

Issuing the reccomended print commands has no use, as parted gives the same
error of course...

I did not try with version 3.2.
Debian seems to have version 2.3 in its repositories.
I will try and see if I can get the newest version on my system.

Debian 7 is using an ancient version of parted.  This particular bug
was fixed long ago.  I suggest upgrading to jessie, or at least
install the newer parted package from there.
