There's no such symbol in lisp/ido.el in the current codebase.

1. Install Emacs 24.4.

2. Run 'emacs -Q' (to rule out any problems from your personal 
configuration).

3. Type M-x toggle-debug-on-error RET.

4. Try to reproduce the problem there, and if you can, send the 
backtrace here.
