In `scss-mode', when comments have "t" or "T" as the first characters
in the comment, it is regarded as part of the comment.

For instance, if the following comment is filled with `fill-column'
set to 20:

 // This comment begins with the character "T"

the following happens:

 // This comment
 // Tbegins with the
 // Tcharacter "T"


The following change seems to fix this bug:
