Not reproducible (unless ~/lisp/help.elc is something other than
help.el from the trunk, byte-compiled).

I did some changes to help.el, compiled them, reverted them, compiled
again, and got this.  It's probably some internal snafu with some macro.
Closing this bug since it's probably my own fault.
