Thanks to your help, it was in fact very easy to reproduce :
the trick is the use raw-text-unix as encoding. Here's the full recipe :

emacs -Q
C-x RET c raw-text-unix
C-x C-f <attached file>
M-x org-mode
M-x revert-buffer RET and confirm.
