Thanks for doing this Eli. The lisp example you added for
'display-monitor-attributes-list' contains a typo from my email:

(((geometry 0 0 1920 1080)   ;; Left hand monitor
  (workarea 0 0 1920 1050)   ;; Bottom of screen used for task bar
  task bar

The third line containing "task bar" should be removed as it should have
been part of the comment on the previous line. Sorry!
