Completion List Mode should use font-lock-face rather than face

Completion List Mode should use font-lock-face instead of face to
highlight matching characters.

Originally reported to rainbow-delimiters, see

https://github.com/jlr/rainbow-delimiters/pull/38

By the way, shouldn't Completion List Mode inherit from special-mode?

No. (One opinion.)

This mode doesn't use font-lock, so I think using font-lock-face would
be wrong. This looks like a bug in rainbow-delimiters instead, so I'm
closing this bug report.
