Subject: bug#17628: Strange output from C-x v =
Date: Thu, 29 May 2014 06:45:50 -0400
[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]
[[[ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, ]]]
[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]

I was editing gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html and had made the two
changes shown below. The strangeness is, why does it output
"No changes between working revision and workfile." before
showing the differences between them?

No changes between working revision and workfile.
