Anyway, can you do the following:

1. M-x toggle-debug-on-error

repeat the problem, and post the backtrace.

Also include the information from M-x report-emacs-bug.


2. Try and find a minimum recipe to reproduce the problem.
It did not happen for me. Ideally, the recipe would be self-contained,
starting from a brand new git repo.
Does it happen with every git repo, or just one?
