The following expression is evaluated to `6' on a stable release.
(cl-loop with (a b c) = '(1 2 3) return (+ a b c))
On 24.3.90.2, however, an error occurs.
Attempt to set a constant symbol: nil
ANSI Common Lisp allows such destructuring-bind of `with' clause, by
the way.
