Parted crashed on my ubuntu 12.04LTE server.

# sudo parted /dev/sde unit co print unit s print
Error: /dev/sde: unrecognised disk label
I was trying to create a gpt partition table on a USB memory stick. Im not
sure, this is allowed.

Since that is a very old release of parted, it is no longer supported
here, unless you can reproduce it with parted 3.1. If you can only
reproduce it on Ubuntu, please file a bug report in Ubuntu on
launchpad.net.
