Please explain what you mean by "the content of body".

Note that with-temp-buffer-window's doc has always said:

   "It does not make the buffer current for BODY."

Things like:

  (with-temp-buffer-window "foo" nil nil (princ "hello"))

continue to work just fine, as documented.
