24.3.50; C-o in Dired mode sometimes displays file in same window

Sometimes the C-o command in Dired mode, which is supposed to display
the current line's file in the other window, instead displays it in
the same window, replacing the Dired buffer.

I can't reproduce this starting from scratch, but it seems to
be associated with something strange about the buffer visiting
that file.

* It happens for certain files only.

* When it is happening for a certain file, it happens
  for that file reproducibly.

* Killing that file's buffer makes the problem stop happening
  for that file.

* The problem did not occur in a build made from source files
  downloaded on Nov 21 at 14:20 or so.

Please step with the debugger through `find-file-other-window' in that
case to find out who's responsible.

As an aside, your load-path seems messed up. Looks like lisp/leim/quail
is in your load-path. It's not supposed to be, only lisp/leim.
