Subject: bug#15373: eshell rm -f is not silent about missing files
Date: Fri, 13 Sep 2013 13:43:17 -0400
Package: emacs
Version: 24.3
Severity: minor

emacs -Q -f eshell
eshell> rm -f /tmp/DOES-NOT-EXIST
Removing old name: no such file or directory, /tmp/DOES-NOT-EXIST

`rm -f' should silently ignore non-existent files, cf:

/bin/rm -f /tmp/DOES-NOT-EXIST
