1. Use eww and visit the below URL.

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emacs

2. Click on an any link the TOC.  Let's say the "2. Licensing" link. Now
see the following message displayed.

       | Contacting host: en.wikipedia.org:80
       `----

Why is eww making a download request again.  The document is already
loaded, right?
