Hi, 

 - support for statx() syscall was added to Linux kernel 4.11 (in 2017),
   says statx(2) man page at http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man2/statx.2.html
   and it also says that

 - support for statx() was added to glibc 2.28 (released Aug 2018)

please consider fixing stat(1) on GNU/Linux platform.
