24.2; describe-syntax function not mentioned in elisp Info manual

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug, and
the precise symptoms of the bug.  If you can, give a recipe
starting from `emacs -Q':

I was surprised to see that function "describe-syntax" is not mentioned
in the Elisp Info manual.  I would recommend that it should be
mentioned in the section on Syntax Tables.

If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
    `bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
For information about debugging Emacs, please read the file
c:/Program Files/emacs-24.2/etc/DEBUG.
