   timer-create is a compiled Lisp function in `timer.el'.

   (timer-create)

   Not documented.

3. Click on the link `timer.el'
   ==> Message "Unable to find location in file" and timer.el is visited
   with point at BOF.

There is indeed no defun of timer-create in timer.el: it is defined in
the :constructor slot in the defstruct `timer'.
