Please explain what do you expect from documenting:
writing a documentation string or writing a chapter
in the GNU Emacs Manual or in the Emacs Lisp Reference Manual?

A new feature usually gets added to NEWS without +++ or --- that
indicates a request for documenting it in the manual immediately
before the next release.
