I no longer have this bug with glib 2.36.3-1 from Debian and Emacs
24.3. The bug is still there with glib 2.36.1-2 though.

And I can't reproduce the bug with Emacs trunk with both glib 2.36.1-2
and glib 2.36.3-1.
