    That's the problem that needs fixing.  Can someone check why it doesn't
    start with "Summary:\nAuthor:\n\n".

I have never seen it start out as anything but empty.
What is "Summary:\nAuthor:\n\n" meant for, and why
should it appear in *vc-log* for a gnu.org web page?
