FYI, I've stopped using this build from 2013-04-17.  It crashes too much.

But I am not getting any emacs_backtrace.txt files or even the fatal dialog box
asking Yes/No.  I just get the Windows dialog box asking whether I want to send
a report about the crash to MS.
