Sure.
(lookup-key lisp-interaction-mode-map (kbd "C-x C-f") t)
=> 1
I'm a bit surprised, I thought that in this situation this would return
non-nil, but I'm wrong :
(lookup-key lisp-interaction-mode-map (kbd "C-x") t)
=> nil
