I just noticed this one.

I have to say that: "Top" is indeed better than "0%" or "00%"; "Bot",
as RMS wrote, gives more info and should remain as is; and I use that
info even in a GUI with a scroll bar -- it is often more informative
than the bar can be.

I hope the default at least remains as is.
