Not on PPC Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5.8). In GNU Emacs 24.3.50, last successfully compiled in November, fn-RET is not recognised at all. (Later revisions of GNU Emacs 24.3.50 do not build because of too many memory regions.)

Tomorrow I'll try in PPC Tiger!
