Ohhh... I think I know what's the reason:

with-buffer-prepared-for-jit-lock'
<-------------------------------------- note the quote! the name of
the macro doesn't have the quote in it, so instead of expanding the
macro, it thinks it is an undefined function. Doesn't it?
