[Message part 2 (message/rfc822, inline)]
Hi,
resizing windows vertically with mouse-1 now selects the according
window. In Emacs 23, you could drag any mode-line in the selected frame
without changing the selected window. This is IHMO a regression. I can
click the mode-line if I really want to select a window.
Steps to reproduce from emacs -Q:
1. C-x 2
2. C-x o
3. Drag the upper window's mode-line.
The upper window is selected when you release mouse-1. This makes no
sense when I only wanted to enlarge the lower window.
Thanks,
Michael.
