If the active compiler or flags have already defined _FORTIFY_SOURCE,
don't go overriding that. Otherwise we get a lot of spew about the
flag being redefined.
* configure.ac (FORTIFY_SOURCE): Check if _FORTIFY_SOURCE is defined.
