Emacs tells me there is no such command.  There are two functions that start
with that prefix: `emacs-bzr-version-bzr' and `emacs-bzr-version-dirstate', each
of which requires a DIR argument.

But it seems I can get the BZR version from starting a bug report:

So no, this version does not reflect your fix.
