It seems your system is missing a terminfo entry for eterm.
In my Debian testing system, this is found in /usr/share/terminfo/e/eterm,
provided by the ncurses-term pacakge:

    toe -a | grep ^eterm
    eterm         gnu emacs term.el terminal emulation

What system are you using, and have you installed its terminfo package?
