Subject: Final announcement on emacs-pretest-bug is out of date
Date: Wed, 22 Oct 2008 02:51:24 -0400
Package: emacs,emacs-www

The announcement which is the last item on the emacs-pretest-bug list:

http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-pretest-bug/2007-08/msg00066.html

Any posts directed for emacs-pretest-bug <at> gnu.org will instead be
  delivered to emacs-devel <at> gnu.org...

has been incorrect for some months. Mail sent to emacs-pretest-bug now
goes to the bug tracker and thence to bug-gnu-emacs.

Leaving the message as it is is confusing.

This seems to still be the case, but can anything be done about it? If
the list really is closed, getting any more text in the archive
seems... difficult.

People with the appropriate access to the lists.gnu.org machine could do
it. I asked sysadmin <at> gnu in Dec 2009 but never got a response (IIRC).
I also mentioned it to the help-gnu-emacs and bug-emacs list-owners at
some point (whilst discussing something else).
