Hello,

this is small issue introduced in rev 109267 that prevents installation
of freshly compiled Emacs (trunk).

I attach patch to fix it.

Details: at installation step the `install-arch-indep' target is called,
it contains
eval sh -x /bin/mkdir -p
which simply wrong (just call in shell the `sh /bin/mkdir -p /tmp/ttt').

WBR, Vladimir Lomov
