Bootstrapping today's trunk produces ~25% more output than yesterday's.
The difference is thousands of "Loading..." messages that did not use to
be produced.

Eg with current trunk:

  ../../src/emacs -Q --batch -f batch-byte-compile studly.el
  Loading studly...
  Wrote /tmp/foo/lisp/play/studly.elc

Emacs 24.1 does not give a "Loading..." message there.
