Your question is too terse for anyone to know how to answer you.  Can
you please provide more context, such as the full command line you are
questioning, the platform you are running on, the version of coreutils
you have installed on that platform, and whether you think there is an
actual bug in runcon vs. a case of incomplete documentation in the manual?
