After reading the ongoing discussion at

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=605524

it doesn't seem to make sense to add special processing
for just one file omni.ja with a broken format that is likely
to be obsolete soon.  This report could be reopened in the case
when this unusual format becomes more wide-spread.
